Bought my first comic book since 1994 (the Death Of Superman series). Hoping @gregpak.net will be able to sign it at NYCC tomorrow or Friday. Really hoping he could also put a “Fuck ICE” inscription on it since I know Greg more for his awesome progressive activism than for his work on comics.

Got a new hoodie and t-shirt today, in time for the con! I love zip up hoodies and this one is Tanjiro’s green and black checkered pattern, so I love it! Plus I got a really nice DanDaDan shirt too! I have to say, I really love Hot Topic sometimes.

I ordered funkos for Comic Con to get signed, and everything arrived except one, my Zenitsu Funko. That one hasn’t even been shipped yet, the seller is a piece of shit. And that’s the one I needed the most to complete the set of core 4 from DS. Luckily a store nearby called Arisu had it & I got it!

I’m a huge anime fan, so I’m just really looking forward to meeting a bunch of VA’s. Specifically Aleks Le who I think is incredible and stars in 4 of my top 5 anime. Other than him, Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, & Matt Mercer. Plus looking forward to meeting Greg Pak & others too! I love Cons!

I liked the historical aspect of it. Like, these were real people in Japanese history. To make a fictional story around real historical people is cool, because it made me look up and learn more about those people and that era.
