I was exposed to misinformation early. We inserted into Iraq in April of 1991 and it was bad. A news article posted 10 days before our arrival by a respected news magazine from the town we took painted a much different picture.
According to them it was horrific.

Imagine trying to settle a property dispute by talking only to the intruder. That's the logic here. The Trump/Putin proposal is an attempt to impose terms on a country under attack leaving the defending nation out of the room. Peace cannot be done to Ukraine; it must be done with Ukraine.
