Can I be so fr? My mood and attention span is better without tiktok on .y phone. I can focus on things I'd rather be doing, like writing or house things. Ik, crazy concept, but seriously. It helps that I deleted fb off my phone too, but genuinely overall, I'm much happier in day to day.
