First time buyers don’t pay it anyway (up to £300k) & the fact the average UK house price is 10x the average salary is the problem, not £5k stamp duty on a £300k house! And then there’s the £24bn lost tax revenue…

I see a lot of people saying that a person charged with a crime deserves the chance to prove their innocence.

Please stop doing this because you have it backwards and this is really important.

It is ALWAYS the government's burden to prove a person guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

It might be quite right so say that many people with "low-level mental health problems" would like to work, and would beneft from help to do so.

Telling them that they're going to get no sickness benefits while the help (might) get going is not exactly part of that help.
