For me, The Twelve by JMS and Chris Weston, and Fax From Sarajevo by Joe Kubert, not perse obscure but certainly not talked about enough!

To me it's Chris Weston, in my opinion he should be a whole lot bigger than he is now, amazing artist, from The Twelve, The Filth and Paranoid Gardens, DC should just let him do Doom Patrol or Challengers Of The Unknown!
