I drank a huge coffee and my makeup looks great and I smell like a toasted marshmallow and I bought cute shoes and I’m listening to Midnights 3am edition and I’m on my way to meet up with my wife who is going to buy me a pasta & wine spritz lunch on a patio because it’s 75° outside I am thriving

now that he’s won, i hope we all continue to hold mamdani accountable. we talk a lot abt how there is no left-wing pipeline, but there is &its function is to funnel progressive voters that might be radicalized BACK to the democratic party using the fear of the reactionary right always on the horizon

1. The Democratic Party looks to this victory as a roadmap for how to reenergize their base & win back the voters they’ve alienated for the last 10 years
2. The DSA looks to this victory as a roadmap for how to get more DSA members in higher positions
3. Mamdani uses

I am lounging on the couch while my wife makes gingerbread and she just brought me the rest of the Guinness she didn’t use in the batter and it is ice cold like actually I think the world might be a good place
Literally yall this is the best/happiest I have felt in weeks I am sitting outside in the sun with a strong latte and a pumpkin muffin from one of my fave local chain coffee shops and I’m wearing a bunch of opals and I smell like cherries and cinnamon and maybe life is worth living????

Yea for sure, but i dont think anyone predicted the place we'd be right now.
