No, of course they don't. It can take years for new owners to wait until the tenants leases have run out. This was an ICE raid, ordered by our President! The slum lord who let the building get this bad, and who defaulted on $27 million in loans is Trinity Flood. Why is no one going after them?

Of course they filed for receivership. Trinity Flood owed them $27 million. Wells had to get their money back somehow. Why are you not criticizing Flood for being a horrible slumlord?

The way I read this article, the real culprits are Trinity Flood, which was the slumlord who defaulted on their loans, and the Dump administration, which called the raid. What am I missing?
