some sort of airmobile commando mech. needs legs that fit better and also to be drawn while not also being designed at the same time in an eraser-poor operating environment
I cannot reiterate, horrible quality picture of a pencil sketch of a robot. the arms can fold to be compact to lay on a cargo pallet and the legs have to be redrawn to fit with the torso

the closest thing that has happened to mechsploitation irl is probably NACA/early NASA test pilots and mercury astronauts except they didn't need psychosexual drugs to be motivated they all just wanted to die in a way that hadn't been invented yet cause they missed their chance to die in The War

Here's a clip showing Soviet moon suit testing, and testing of the lander "hold down jets" to stop the lander bouncing.

The Buran orbiter mothballed in the Orbiter Assembly and Test Facility (MIK OK) at site 254 in Baikonur in 1997; around a year before it was stacked with an Energia test article in MIK RN.

MIK OK (MIK 254) is currently the Soyuz spacecraft pre-flight processing facility.
