Next, we all went to Berlin 🚂 to participate in #NeuPSIG where I got to hang out with more of my favorite scientists! #PainResearch

AdvillinCre; TurboIDfl/fl mouse was used to biotylinate proteins in advillin+ cells (ie. sensory neurons), represented by stars in the schema, which were then enriched (eppendorf clipart) and put into a mass spectrometry (DIA-PASEF) to generate a neuronal-enriched proteome

Preprint alert: Using human microneurography protocols in PatchSeq experiments on pig DRGs we identify the molecular identity of human dermal CMi-fibers (sleeping nociceptors). We provide an integrated pig-human-more transcriptomic atlas and identify OSMR and SST as marker, backed by human expts.
