I believe the prices for those are also going through the roof. My wife's build which I completed over a year ago had 32GB of decent DDR4 sticks and they are worth more than my DDR5s now.

According to Corpo leaks, SK Hynix was saying they don't plan to increase production substantially despite the shortage. The focus on HBM production is a more wasteful process which is eating up even more capacity.

As many of you can imagine, it is hard to write coherently when half the world is burning. It also doesn't help that Finland has one of the most racist and anti-student governments to date hell bent on making life miserable for everyone.
