Convicted predators who rape and abuse children shouldn’t qualify for pardon consideration. A president who can’t immediately say “absolutely not” when I asked if he’s considering such a pardon should be hounded out of office.

Deporting people means a judge signs a final deportation order, and the person is returned to their own country. What we are doing is kidnapping a person off the street and paying for them to be held indefinitely in concentration camps outside US courts' jurisdiction. 100% deliberately extralegal.

60 Minutes found that 90% of the immigrants sent to brutal prison in El Salvador had no criminal record. I cant stop thinking about them, worrying about them. This is so wrong. Why isnt everyone upset? Trump regime refuses to bring them back. Its just terrible.

This seems really significant. The Judge will want to know how the error occurred and who fed the lawyers inaccurate information. Government lawyers are trained to make sure their representations to the court on material matters are truthful and accurate. Judge Kelley is unlikely to be pleased.
