I don't really disagree but it feels like they're just insistent on something internally with some guys that we'll never be privy to. Unless it's like "he's making too much money," which would definitely be clinically insane

If they're leaving a useful multi inning reliever off the roster, they seem to be confident in how they can use guys. Rather than need, say, Scott for a whole inning, how much do you think they'll use Roki/Sheehan, take advantage of the off days, and use the volatile guys for very specific matchups?

I will also say too many people locally are highlighting how rough the Dodger bullpen has been and how the Phillies can take advantage, but are overlooking the off days and how they could mitigate a bad bullpen

Sanchez has threw his signature pitch least against the Dodgers. Phillies didn't let Ohtani see Strahm at all. Certainly doesn't seem like an accident
