I feel this way about the “Liquid Glass” changes on iOS 26. It’s flashy and distracting in a way I don’t want icons, toolbars, menus and text fields to be. I don’t want to see random motion out of the corner of my eye when I’m just trying to read. It draws attention to all the wrong things.

No, I haven’t properly dug into the algorithms or options beyond just setting one up (puzzler.sourceforge.net in old python2.7) to solve a certain configuration (3x4x5 with the planar pentacubes). Seems like there are a lot of them to sort through on github by searching polycube though.

Yes, they can stick together any way due to the sphere magnets rotating, and the magnets being exposed on the outside gives a stronger pull since they can make direct contact.

There are solvers out there for polyomino/polycubes you could try but they’re not easy to use or require programming skill.

So the fact you came all the way to Japan to tell me these things makes me very happy I worked on the game all those years ago.

I had a great experience using Raylib for Jelly Well, it's really cool that the web builds turn out so light weight, and it was fun to code something in C, which I hadn't touched in... 15 years or so?
