The cuts keep coming and staff are being told to be quiet. They are going to tear the province apart by 2027. What can we do? People are going to die because of these cuts. I personally have 2 specialists that have left and positions are not being refilled @albertandp.ca @naheednenshi.bsky.social

It boggles the mind how Premier Smith can take a harder line stance against the prime minister of her own country than the president of an enemy nation.
