CBO just released its own preliminary estimates for how rich vs poor are affected by the House budget bill. Roughly same conclusion: poorest get poorer, richest get richer.

Business leaders all across America are freaking out that Trump's tariffs will kneecap their firms.

Video of the international student at Tufts being arrested by "federal authorities" in Massachusetts has been released and it's terrifying.

They're not even uniformed officers. Just secret police thugs in hoodies and masks.

everyone should listen to this in its entirety but journalists should listen to it multiple times. this is how you ask questions. you just keep asking simple, easily answerable stuff and the evasiveness becomes that much more glaring

Raising chickens is more expensive than grocery store eggs, but also, bird flu is endemic in wildlife at the moment.

Asking people to do this with zero safety precautions or knowledge is a great way to get more people infected and raise the chance that we get a human transmissible version.
Trump’s Sec of Agriculture Brooke Rollins says the solution to high egg prices for Americans is to get some chickens and raise them in your backyard.

If it’s not an agency, then its tens of millions of dollars in funding weren’t legally allocated and should be returned, some contend.
