Die Gespräche zur Ukraine in Florida haben nichts gebracht. Russland spricht nicht in der Sache, sondern versucht nur zwischen USA und Europäern zu spalten. Zwischen den russischen Maximalforderungen und der Selbstbehauptung der Ukraine gibt es noch keine Kompromisslinie.
