I found neat infographics by Business Energy UK, helps illustrate the drain and strain on our tangible resources AI creates. Share with people who think the strain is minimal!

For the first time in YEARS I have been losing track of time while drawing AND been happier with how they're coming out.

This is a weird feeling.

I found out about how much debt AI companies are accumulating and the potential fallout for when the bubble bursts. Those who don't remember 2007-8, BUCKLE UP.

How much water, how much electricity was wasted to make a dub with all the range of "That is bullshit, I did not hit her, I did not. Oh hi Mark." At least when we got it in The Room it was a human.
The only thing less human than these AI dub performances is the decision to sign off on them

A company this big can pay human actors a decent wage, not produce slop that intentionally removes the human element.

Practicing with CSP's oil paint stuff, but still went back to pen tools for the harder highlights. Her name is Bezel now.

Fixed the ring. White gold band, white gold "bloom" setting with pink sapphire heart "petals" and a topaz center, loosely inspired by the clematis flower. Again, more practicing with gems and metals because I have to be bad at it before I can be good at it.

I've started drawing jewelry to pass the time & learn to draw gemstones!
