Selling pardons is a quintessential act of corruption. This is criminal behavior and should be prosecuted (which is why John Roberts’ heinous immunity decisions was such a disaster). We need 1) impeachment; 2) a new law authorizing criminal charges against lawless presidents; 3) a new Supreme Court.

Even if the cost of administration lessens, the market is deregulated, labor becomes cheaper or technology greatly streamlines an essential process, the cost of a service in a mature market never goes down.

Sometimes curiosity gets the better of me and I want to go visit the #Colorado4th and #Georgia14th congressional districts to see what kind of people vote for the likes of MTG and Boebert.

Like one of those drive through wildlife parks where you have to keep your windows rolled up.

I work in a rural critical-access hospital.

Every day this Billionaire Benefit Bill remains viable I want to walk around the hospital asking folks if they voted for any Republican and, if so, do they understand that their vote endangers this hospital and their jobs.

Uff. #comcast is the worst. Every 1-2 weeks I have to reset my router because the “broadband” runs at a trickle. Streaming shows is impossible until I’ve unplugged the router for ten minutes.

Seriously looking for an alternative.

AOC: The math is not adding up. Their claim is that one million undocumented people are on Medicaid. So why are they trying to cut 13.7 million Americans off their healthcare?

Seems the Dems have a glue sniffing problem. Only a glue junkie could be this oblivious to Republican cynicism and neglect.
Mark Warner on Republicans: "I do think we're getting close to them stepping up, but the problem is going to be, how much structural damage is going to be done before my Republican friends find their voice and voice publicly what they're already saying privately?"

The Alito #supremecourt is again failing an historic test. It will go down in history with the courts behind The Heart of Atlanta Hotel, Korematsu, Buck, Lochner and Plessy cases. Deplorable decisions every one.

We, unfortunately, live in interesting times.

Good morning.

Today is the 80th day that the U.S. President is running a backdoor bribery scheme in which any CEO or foreign oligarch can send him money secretly through his crypto coin scam in exchange for favors.

It's the biggest scandal in the history of the Presidency.
