Why the hell would ICE go to Italy? Italy doesn't share a border with the US.
So either ICE is engaged in activities solely regarding immigration in the US or something else.

Well, one of those was a law passed by Congress to help people, and the other is an unconstitutional power grab, but yes, otherwise the same.
