i met my partner on proto-social media 25 years ago. i have become more effective in activism, learning from people on sm. i found my emotional support singer-songwriter via sm. sm helped me figure out i'm trans & autistic. bc of sm, i am not alone in my (not autism) disability. books! so many books

The Ouija patent protected the arrangement of the letters and the moving indicator as a game device. It had nothing to do with the claim of contacting the deceased. You can’t prove the paranormal is behind the functioning, so the paranormal part can’t be given a patent.

fwiw, i learned to sew from both my grans who were of a generation that did laundry originally with washboards & mangles before they graduated to washing machines.

(what i wouldn't give to have their old Singer & Kenmore machines).
