It's not just med school—we need to fucking fix the medical residency system.

And TBH in the long run probably let nurse practitioners do more, as a roundabout way of being more like countries where you can call yourself a doctor after 6 years of postsecondary education vs. 8 in the US.

It appears that an agent of the regime tried to murder an American woman for documenting the regime's activities. The regime needs to be forced to decide whether they will protect the shooter, and if the answer is "yes", it needs to be the biggest story in the country.
