Republicans could be attacking specific building regulations that make housing unaffordable. Instead, they're promoting making bankers more wealthy.
Scott Turner: "More research needs to be done on a 50 year mortgage and the other ideas that are being put forth ... the 50 year mortgage and other ideas that have been circulated to the public are being discussed, are on the table."

Didn't look at all the comments, but this is about mamdani being a normal citizen sitting in coach. Not some rich fuck trying to decide how the plebes should be ruled.

There's been endless talk about an AI bubble, but less about exactly how, why, and how much it's a bubble. So I turned to the framework put forward by scholars Brent Goldfarb and David A. Kirsch, authors of "Bubbles and Crashes," for assessing tech bubbles.

Spoiler: On a scale of 1 to 8, AI is an 8
AI Is the Bubble to Burst Them All
I talked to the scholars who literally wrote the book on tech bubbles—and applied their test.

I know #IU football is really fun (for the first time in my adult life) and it's really easy to feel good about IU. I am begging alumni to get involved and help make a difference in what is happening there.

#IU is now the worst-ranked public univesity in the nation for freedom of speech.

Indiana University sank to near the bottom of The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression College Free Speech Rankings this year.

Love this push back against lies in the video after the quotes here.
KARL: Why is the Defense Secretary afraid to interact with journalists who cover him?

JOHNSON: I reject the premise

KARL: The guy has only had 2 briefings and he basically forced the press out

JOHNSON: I can't remember a Secretary of Defense who has been so transparent and out in the open

Swearing in isn’t some ceremony. You aren’t a member of Congress until it happens. He knows that.

No phones, no staff, nothing.

I had to escort her into the Capitol on Wed bc Capitol police must treat her as a public visitor until she’s sworn in. And solo visitors aren’t allowed during shutdown!
