Two exhibits worth checking out currently on at the Autry Museum of the American West: Black Cowboys: An American Story (until January 4th) and Future Imaginaries: Indigenous Art, Fashion, Technology (until June 21). Also the museum is free from 1-4pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

A disabled friend going to FanFest is concerned about the lack of consideration for disabilities and may end up selling their ticket. If anyone can pass along to SE or someone in fanfest, would be appreciated. would be sad if someone couldn't enjoy the event because of obstacles.

Additional point: Clair Obscur's third act is a thematic loop about how delaying the inevitable isn't healthy. You may feel temporarily good, you might even feel like a God among ants, but all you're doing is becoming a rotting husk and running away from inevitability.
Seeing other narrative design people say that Clair Obscur had a bad 3rd act or bad ending(s)…I just can’t follow you there man. That shit ruled. Sorry. You break the combat wide fucking open and then get your choice of doing genocide or walking toward Omelas and saying “torturing that child rocks”

lrt i cannot say loudly enough that so many things people hate or find annoying in games is because executives are determined to squeeze every bit of originality out of games, partially for largest possible audience but also bc they don't think they can win in a battle with tiktok for your attention
