As a millennial, I am deeply appreciative of the fact that my laptop can use a monitor, a webcam, and a charger simultaneously through one USB port that doesn’t fight with me about how to plug things in.

Hey, it's my print debut for National Geographic! This fall, I got to accompany folks from the Fort Worth Zoo on an incredible adorable mission: releasing tiny Texas horned lizards to new lives in the Hill Country.

(You will want to click on this one, trust me. The photos are adorable.)
Is the grumpy-faced Texas horned lizard adorable enough to survive?
As habitat loss and invasive predators decimate the Texas horned lizard population, researchers are banking on statewide fervor to bring them back.

But I’ve been assured that it’s essential that we deploy this technology in as many contexts as possible right away

Dominant #UBB performance at Chaban-Delmas today. Somewhat slow start to the #Top14 campaign between injuries and call-ups, but firing on all cylinders in December.

There's a lesson here, but the people who need it won't take it.
I wonder how she's feeling about her political career. She sold out everything she once valued, debased herself, placed herself on the side of evil, all in a crude grasp at power, and in return, she got shunted to the side & forgotten. Pathetic, richly deserved, but also, wooooof.

I still believe that the Tiktok ban was necessary and that it is another of the important government tasks that were fumbled by reelecting Donald Trump. That Trump funneled the deal to his right wing allies doesn't change that a CCP-controlled US media environment is a danger to national security.

Urgent update.

Our bipartisan petition to force a vote on a straightforward extension of the Affordable Care Act tax credits now has 218 signatures.

Mike Johnson should bring the bill to the floor immediately.

Love it when web designers update their platforms to be blindingly bright with no options to change. I didn’t actually want to spend time carefully considering my actions in my work-essential platform.

Texas Democrats just did something historic under the leadership of new state party chair @kendallscudder.bsky.social. We have filed a candidate in EVERY 2026 race.

U.S. Senate: 1 of 1
U.S. House: 38 of 38
State Senate: 15 of 15
State House: 150 of 150
State Board of Education: 8 of 8
We Did It, Texas Dems, We Did It
Candidates in every legislative, statewide, and federal race. Now it’s time to build power where it counts.

I'll be tickled pink if the US ever actually gets privacy laws. I don't see a need to give any financial service log-in access to my bank accounts via third-party platforms which lets them peak into every single thing because they don't trust me to fill in ACH details.

The premise of this question is “Reconstructionists worded this so that we would never be able to do what we always wanted to do. We’re in charge now. Let’s just agree to ignore those dead guys, yeah?”
Here is the question presented. It's a relatively clean vehicle for the Supreme Court to finally decide whether it is lawful for the president to deny birthright citizenship to the children of immigrants. www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/25...
