Going into 2026 like...

My IT team does a yearly team building based around a theme. I haven't minded in the past, I actually like where I work and the team building isn't as bad as some other jobs.

Until now.

Better than yesterday morning when, in the dark, I stepped in cat yuck, my foot slipped three feet, and I nearly took a header (thank goodness I was wearing slippers). Then of course had to clean that up before I could even get some coffee.

On second thought, perhaps I should NOT have gotten triple vaccinated (COVID, pneumonia, shingles) on Wednesday. But hey, you know what they say...
