6. For this to be useful the conversation absolutely must not be about whether ADHD and ASD are being over diagnosed. Instead it should be "how are these diagnoses being arrived at and are they helping people?"
This means looking at processes, interventions and a wide range of outcomes.

She appears - from what I can tell - to be comparing a family of two with no kids on the national living wage (one only working part time) with a family of 5 who are all disabled and claiming UC and housing benefits and that doesn’t strike me as a fair comparison.
