Every time I've posted a story about an Indigenous person getting killed by the police my replies have filled with liberals and conservatives going into their past: "Oh he was no angel" "Did you know he was on fentanyl?".

To some, they are cute. But to *many* north Native folks, they are VERY dark omens.
