I’m off to see my parents for their birthdays! A long travel day already (left the house 6h ago) and still have two flights to go, but at least so far it’s been mostly smooth!

I've noticed that the Chief Operating Officer abbreviation of COO is frequently pronounced as "koo" these days, rather than "see oh oh", and every time I hear it I have to smile.
The word coo = cow!

It's almost been a full month since I started trying to lose some weight, and I'm down 4kg (9lbs) in that time. Not too shabby!

It's definitely the end of summer, brr! Always makes me sad, I love the warmer, sunnier weather of summer as opposed to the cooler, windier weather of autumn...
