The reality: Americans have been dragged, tackled, beaten, tased and shot by immigration agents.

A must read from the very talented @nicolefoy.bsky.social:
More Than 170 U.S. Citizens Have Been Held by Immigration Agents. They’ve Been Kicked, Dragged and Detained for Days.
The government does not track how often immigration agents grab citizens. So ProPublica did. Our tally — almost certainly incomplete — includes people who were held for days without a lawyer. And near...

We need a plan — this won’t cut it.

That’s a LOT of money that’s just… gone. This is our tax dollars that we voted to be distributed to states for education. No one- no one- voted to stop funding schools (and cancer research) but here we are.
The Trump administration is currently holding hostage nearly $7B in federal funding for K-12 schools--funding that was supposed to be distributed yesterday.

They've stolen $80M from Wisconsin students and teachers alone. How much have they stolen from your state?

A vulnerable and personal thread about a family’s journey with a rare genetic disorder and a potential therapeutic. Now the FDA denies approval. RFKjr really does not appear to believe in promoting health for America. He wants to promote health for some, not all.
I rarely post personal things. But I need to talk about my 4-year-old niece, Hope.

She has a rare disease. A drug called elamipretide has helped her survive.

But the FDA recently denied its approval.

Now, her health hangs in the balance.

Please share her story & urge the FDA to reconsider. 🧵
