The ICC's rules are only applied when expedient. And in that case, allowing Afghanistan to openly make a mockery of them, means they are a loyal ally in certain voting situations at board level (as seen with recent developments).

You can spin "AI is amazing!" all you want. But the proof is in the pudding.
