House rule: A crit with a ballista will explosively pop any PC of 5th level or higher. They're immediately down and making death saves.

Everyone within 10 feet is stunned for a round as they wipe the high-pressure blood spray out of their eyes. (Thank you, Rolemaster crit tables.)

Oh, man. That sucks.

Theoretically, wetting the seam and gently reheating the pan should loosen the seal on the lid. Once it's up to temp, twist the lid to start breaking the seal. Granted, you'll have a carbonized mess to clean up once you get the lid off, but that's probably already the case.

Day 8, and I got a little esoteric with this one. It's half-baked and handwavy, but letting your PCs talk with the ancestral spirit of a specific type of animal could lead to some chaotic fun.

When you go to print your #TTRPG remember that you need to charge at least about 6x the cost to print for sustainability.

Small to midsize publishers can take advantage of scale & you can't.

You are not Wizards, Evil Hat, Exalted Funeral, or Modiphius.

Ideally charge 10x an pay a bill.

Just had a Really Good interview for a job that I could do well, but taking a 10-30% pay cut and adding 6-9 hours of commuting time per week doesn't seem like a good deal at all.
