High floor? His last three non-Covid year teams finished 1-8 in Big Ten. Last team, dry humping scandal aside, lost to Southern Illinois and Miami (not that Miami) at home.
This is the point of points for me. Fitz is a great high floor coach. Your team will probably never truly suck for a long time. But even with several opportunities he was 0-for-Life at NW against the big boys … even when they were down

That tracks. Compose a fluent sounding email that needs to go to 50 people or coming up with a meeting plan is something it can do. Far less useful for detail-oriented work.
