Whenever my mother travels and tries to use her laptop on public wifi, she'll text me to say she can't get it working, and I'll explain that she has to connect to the wifi network first. This has happened 20 or so times. You might think she would remember at some point, but you would be wrong.

The Apple Watch is definitely one where I don't feel compelled to update until I have a problem with the one I have. I actually just checked mine to see which model it was because I honestly had no idea. Turns out it's a series 7.

I just got a pair of AirPods 4. The active noise cancelling feels like black magic. That's the only explanation I have for how headphones that don't have a seal in or over the ears can do this so well.
