I really want to see more fieldwork teams explore localities that aren't already well-documented. I could probably name at least 100 formations that are guaranteed to have wonderful discoveries if anyone was able to secure the grant money to actually put boots on the ground

Yolo often stands with his little back toes crossed, which I find ridiculously cute!
You can see vultures don't have bulky feet and talons built for grasping/carrying like other raptors. Their more chicken-like feet are meant for bracing on food to pull at it with their powerful beaks, instead.

New fur company I found out about recently, Moonfur! Lots of good color options here, look how many different greys there are!!! Several tones that neither Bigz nor Howl carries. Thickness seems to be about the same as Bigz furs, but I haven't tried shaving any yet.

This cactus species (Myrtillocactus schenckii) is often found growing in limestone or gypsum soils. In this iNaturalist observation, though, it's found nestled into the crook of a tree!
