Sunday roast chicken in my new gadget. Didn’t do too badly. Set the temp to 425 but never got above 325, at least according to my Meater. W/ everything else I’ve cooked the set temp matched the probe temp. Guessing because of the bird’s size (4lbs). Finished in a bit more than a hour. #wonderoven 🍽️
