THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. First Trump illegally sent a child’s father to be imprisoned without trial or due process in El Salvador. Then ICE grabbed her mother to be deported to Venezuela.

But despite the mom saying she wanted to leave with her daughter, ICE is keeping the baby!

Somewhat obvious point.

Effective Govt is not making announcements. It is implementing changes that have a positive effect.

Those good at Govt know the making of big claims is often counter productive.

Agreed. Republicans ducked their duty to impeach Trump, on the plea that he was finished & it was time to "move on".

The Right cannot complain of "lawfare" - the use of legal, instead of political checks on power -if they make it impossible to use the political checks that the constitution provides

Why an indictment was the wrong tool for holding Trump to account

The real failure was the Senate ducking its constitutional duty

Joining the EU Single Market Could Be the Gamechanger for Keir Starmer’s Government

Both the UK economy and the new Labour Government needs an urgent shot in the arm. Could this be the solution?

Don't buy the Trump Netanyahu line. It's not that, there's a deal there that we don't know about yet.

Nothing drives the far-left more insane than praising moderate conservatives, but it's hard to think of anything of greater importance right now. We are seeing widespread radicalisation on the right, almost daily, toward ever more extreme positions. And there's hardly anyone speaking out against it.
The radicalisation of much of the right in Britain far exceeds that of the left under Corbyn. (I say that as a staunch critic of Corbyn).

It's essential that decent Conservatives speak out, if they don't want the likes of Cummings, Oakeshott and Jenrick to prostitute their tradition to an arsonist.

As @lz000.bsky.social noted in response, this means Sarah McBride has done more legislating in her first week on the job than Jim Jordan in 18 years on the job.
In her first week as a Member of Congress, Sarah McBride introduced a bill with Republican Young Kim.

Foolishly listened to Any Answers, and am immediately reminded why I hate "talk radio" type shows. Goes from an expert who has worked on inquiries into grooming gangs, to a nomark claiming Musk is right to focus it on minorities. You can't balance facts against "what some bloke in the pub said".
