I've started to reconnect a bit with someone i haven't known since I was in university. This person just seems like they're more of an adult than I am. I know for a fact that I am older, but this does not factor in.

Yesterday, I had a woman firmly hold the back of my head while a man fitted a Clockwork Orange-style device in place to hold my eye open. He then shot a laser into the depths of my eye. Today, I can see the debris from those shots floating into my vision. Modern medicine is deeply weird. #YAGLaser
