Final Girls in Horror exist to just flat-out reject the primordial sides of human nature. In a way, those "strong women" characters do in a way exist to reinforce Societal norms and reject, through violent means, the outsiders who are doing nothing more than being their authentic selves.

I think when it comes to the Music, there is something to critique about these Movies just recycling nearly 30+ year old songs as part of their Soundtracks. I mean David Ayer brought in 21 Pilots and others to give Suicide Squad some new sound. Get some new artists to do some new tracks and Singles.

Sorry but the more I see about Nolan's The Odyssey Movie the more I think it's going to be a slop-fest than anything really meaningful. It really does look like a professionally shot LARP-ing session.
