Incredibly depressing day. I've spent my entire life being told by British governments how dreadful immigration is. New Labour did it. The Coalition. The Brexiters. Now Starmer. All of them accusing the ones who came before them of failing to clamp down. The same old vacant mean-spirited bollocks.

Bravo Chattanooga!

“A city once dubbed ‘the dirtiest in the US’ has been designated North America’s first national park city... a citizen-led cleanup and environmental legislation helped to revitalise riverfronts and transform former industrial sites into parks and trails”
What went right this week: the good news that matters
The world got a new national park city, the ‘Oscars of science’ revealed its winners, and medical history was made, plus more good news

Funding used for Nature Based solutions = 💚🌟🥳
Now that's a job well done.

Thanks to the Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) programme, Keymer Farm in East Sussex was able to enhance their local chalk stream and increase natural flood management capacity through the restoration of two on-site ponds.
