I don’t trust genAI used as placeholders because, once the devs show they think it’s ok to use it “a little”, then there’s no telling where they’ll stop

Finding out that Clair Obscur used slop generation—even as a placeholder— just killed my interest in the game. I already have so much good stuff to play, read, and watch.
Knowing that the creators think AI is ok at any stage makes it easy to take their projects off my wishlists.
