kind of coming to the realization that i have lived every single day of the entire 30 years of my life with untreated/undertreated chronic allergies because my symptoms were always ignored or minimized by every single person in my life who could have been in a position to intervene ahaha

Man, whenever I have expendable income for tattoos again I wanna get some kind of representation of "eat the frog", which is a strategy that is SO helpful for my ADHD when I actually remember to do it lol. Like maybe a lil frog on the inside of my palm, or a frog chilling in a pot of stew.

Every single month I am reminded that you literally could not design a crueler system for people with ADHD to obtain the safe and effective medication they NEED than the system we have in place lol. Like, the LASER-PRECISION of its cruelty for this one specific subset of the population is…insane.
