DeepSeek R1 is pretty good so far. Definitely getting better results from it than the distilled LLama version.
LLama was my primary for that price range, but R1 might easily complete w/ my Claude workflows at the expense of speed.

I’m glad I was able to save our collections before the #TikTokBan - wish I could’ve finished my Python tool with enough time to share w/ others. But I was able to put my mask on (+ my partner 😮💨) and that helped us find closure.

The speed at which corporations r ditching DEI proves they were never serious abt diversity, equity or inclusion. Those they sought to exclude were never meant to be included. Racism, misogyny & xenophobia - that’s their comfort zone, the settings they r familiar with & comfortable operating within.

I don’t see myself building here until marginalized groups feel safe. I can go back to tinkering with my Discord projects with my focus reclaimed I guess.
