My ideal casting is Mads Mikkelsen and John C. Reilly as the brothers, but cast somewhat against type with Reilly as the jackass ripping off his own brother.

The few times I've had them, I actually preferred Hydrox. The filling is less sugary, and the cookies are firmer, so they don't get soggy if dunked in milk.

The name "Hydrox" was supposed to invoke goodness and purity of ingredients by combining the words hydrogen and oxygen, the two elements in water, the building block of life itself. That obviously didn't turn out as they had hoped. They overthought their name.

Also, it was the creator of Hydrox's own brother who created Oreos as a ripoff of Hydrox. People sometimes forget that part.

Part of the success was charging a bit more for Oreos, so that people would think it had higher quality ingredients(it didn't, but that plan did work)

Just like you & Secret of The Kells, Triplets of Belleville getting nominated in 2003 is how I discovered it, a film I now adore.

Well, I'm a big anime fan, but I don't think Film Red should have been nominated for Best Animated Picture 2022. It's already an extremely popular and acclaimed series. Those kinda things don't need awards like that.

I'm not saying Demon Slayer is weak in the area of story and characters. Not at all. Just that it isn't particularly unique or particularly strong in those areas either, compared to many other Shonen series.
