While you are most exposed outdoors, wildfire smoke can seep indoors in cracks through windows and doors. It's a good idea to keep your HEPA purifiers running on high throughout the day, and wearing a N95 mask indoors too during the worst periods of smoke.

Pro tip from someone who used to cover fires all the time: N95s and KN95s (and other masks) will protect against the particulate matter that will otherwise potentially get into your throat, lungs, and bloodstream and make you feel like total shit.
