Raskin: What makes somebody a good lawyer?

You have to identify with the people who are the victims of injustice — not with their perpetrators.

So I would say to Pam Bondi: If you’re going to stand with the victimizers and not the victims, then you’re not a real lawyer.

As Melissa points out in the replies, this guy, who also proposes putting women in "breeding gulags" to be repeatedly raped and forced to give birth, had dinner with the president of the United States.
Fuentes, yesterday: “Our #1 political enemy is women because women constrain everything, every conversation, every man, everything. They have to be imprisoned. They are the ones that are hurting the fertility rate. They're the ones making us sympathetic to poor people, which are also brown people.”
Nick Fuentes: “The number one political enemy in America is women. … They have to be imprisoned.”

How many do not have the resources to go through all of this as women? I am lucky enough to have a passport with my married name. $130. That’s a poll tax. How many women/others cannot afford the 1st app(has to be done in person)? This is voter suppression. I wish more people saw and understood that.

$38,300,000,000 of your tax dollars.

Not for healthcare. Not for education. Not for small businesses.

But for mass-detention camps.

It’s flat out UNAMERICAN.

Nobody can sit on the sidelines — it will take all of us fighting back together to stop this.
Breaking news: ICE expects to spend $38.3 billion on its plan to acquire warehouses across the U.S. and retrofit them into immigrant detention centers that can hold tens of thousands of people, according to agency documents.

I do really wish more reporters would just ask "Speaker Johnson, do you think it’s appropriate for the Speaker of the House—third in line of succession to the presidency—to be so consistently unfamiliar with current events?"
Q: Rep. Jayapal accused the DOJ of tracking her search history. Is that appropriate conduct?

MIKE JOHNSON: I don't know anything about that

Q: Bondi had a piece of paper with Jayapal's search history

JOHNSON: I don't know anything about that but it would be inappropriate if it happened

Someone was abducted at 10 AM by ICE on Central Ave. Their coworker says they’ve lived here for over 20 years, are documented, and have 3 kids who were born here.

Don’t be fooled by headlines when they’ve been lying to us the whole time. We still need you out patrolling until every agent is gone.
