Again, I Hope you all understand. In Minneapolis we park parallel to the curb. My guess is Robin good was parked and was trying to get out. But there was a white truck in her way. Also, it appears she was trying to go left and was waiting for the traffic to clear so she could do so.

It is my understanding that she had pulled from her parking space in front of her house and was trying to turn left but waited for cars/trucks to pass before going left. This is what was happening BEFORE the agents pulled up in their truck.
