One of the most liberating lessons I learned in therapy is that it's always better to be a good person than a nice person.
It's a difficult lesson, obviously, but one well worth investing in learning. I'm still working on fully deprogramming myself, too, so I speak from a solidarity place.

Here's how to get rid of the discover feed. Getting rid of it and finding posts by other feeds makes bsky so much less annoying.
