I’m gonna keep sharing these ovarian cancer symptoms whenever I see them.

I will add - from personal experience - diarrhoea and fatigue.

Get it checked! Remember, there’s no routine screening for ovarian cancer.

Every year I stop myself from posting “now look here you lot, my books would make an excellent Christmas present” in October because it’s way too early, and then I forget until it’s way too late.

Hope I’ve hit the sweet spot this time.

A great way to fight back against AI taking away work from creatives is to buy art by actual humans.

Liquidambar leaf palette just now👇🏼. Pause for a moment if you’re feeling anxious-your brain’s likely to release dopamine due to a positive response to colour gradation, certain bright colours & looking at images our brains find appealing. A pause here will make your day slightly easier to tackle 🍁

This is a fascinating way to spend an hour - you will learn so much! Thank you to all involved in this podcast.
I had the huge honour to have Laura and Phil, presenters of the 'Painting of the week' podcast, come and talk to me about my bog oak sculpture 'Cabriole' earlier in the Summer.
We had a lovely natter, ranging over many topics.
I'd love to hear what you think!

It’s good to be back in the workshop after my studies. I’ve made mirrors for all my grandchildren - the motifs I choose tell the child’s story. This mirror has just been delivered. (The button came from a uniform worn by my beloved grandfather, after whom the youngest grandchild was named.)
