I think you should put the game back up. Nowhere does it specifically state it promotes real world violence. Space Nazis do not exist, nor does the Republik. The safety rules even say, if this game is not for you, please move on.

You do not at any point have to treat fascists' hateful output and the output of marginalized people raging at fascists in the same way.
One of those things is actively harmful, while one of them is absolutely necessary expression, and makes spaces safer (by ensuring fascists aren't welcome).

You do not, in fact, have to treat fascists and their victims the same.
That is an extremely spineless thing to do, and posting about it as if it wouldn't be obvious was pretty dumb.

Bigotry is bad! But bigotry isn't the same as fascism. Fascism uses bigotry, but they're not identical. So if there's an example of pro-fascist material that has been left up, let me know! For now, the examples given in thread don't support that this is about hypocrisy.

Okay, so did they leave fascist works up? I just went through the replies again, and the works I see mentioned are Rainbow Crystal Utopia, World of Darkness: Gypsies (which is no longer sold), and Myfaraog supplements, all of which are critiqued for bigotry.

And here's the thing. We know that calling for political violence is bad. It's literally one of the things fascism does. It also has real world repercussions. We had Democratic senators assassinated three weeks ago. So wanting that line removed isn't itself fascist.
