The hour cuts to my local library have gone in (7 instead of 8). It’s 7:30pm now and people are sitting outside the library doing whatever they’d be doing inside the library, I assume. Yesterday I was in there at 6:50pm and there were still at least 15-20 people in there. SUCKS MAN!!

and if your second most liveable city in canada is a place with one commercial district, no public transit, and a median home price of three million dollars, then i sincerely think you should look at your metrics and start over again, because that’s only livable to a very narrow slice of people
